Hey guys. I am a newbie, no doubt. I haven't owned a US domestic V8 in a long time, but I am a fan, regardless. The ones I want are way too expensive for my pockets now, but maybe someday I can afford a nice 68-69 Mustang fastback if I can find a decent one that I can build up for Pro-Touring. I am here to learn things and to appreciate different rides and opinions. I like hybrids, especially ones that can mix the classic with modern technology.
See you around. |

Welcome!
I was trying to decifer from your screen name if you are into Nissans? 180sx?
A long shot maybe, I used to be into imports and then bought a '67 T-Bird and things all changed... |

Thanks for the welcome!
Clay, no worries. It actually keeps me on my toes, and as I said, I like to learn a lot more from seeing what others are experiencing and lend a hand, if possible
When I was last into the American V-8s, I had a '64 Ford Galaxie Coupe with 289 cid and a '66 Stang. Went from those to Toyota 4x4s and on to other imports. I have owned a few Skylines and a few Nissan 180SX (240SX with the SR20DET for you guys in the USA), hence my handle, and just acquired a '89 Mazda RX-7 turbo II. I race whenever I can (drag and circuit).
I would love to get back to American classic muscle, but they are too rich for my wallet at the moment, so I live it through you guys.
Again, thanks for the welcome! |
