While scouring through the boneyards, I found a neat power seat arrangement on a '93 Ford Tempo. Unlike most power seat tracks with the controls mounted on the door with a maze of wiring and relays, the Tempo controls are mounted on the front of the seat and it is a simple 2-wire hookup; black/white is hot and black is ground. I mated two of these tracks to my '86 VW GTI seats (most comfortable seat I've found in a boneyard) and it worked out slick in my roadster. I hope this tip helps some of you fellows out there. Richard.
