Looks like I'll be selling the Duster. I traded my C-10 for this 1980 Pro-Street Chevy Monza. Very Happy I just can't afford two new toys. Sad

Here are a couple of pics of the Monza.

Were do people find deals like this? That is a great looking car. Appears to be running, but I didn't see any front bars tying into the cage. Are they removable? Laughing

That car looks back halved like my Vega was. Collect windshields now because on a good launch it will need to be replaced Embarassed
Very cool car though!!

The cage is 4 point and I will add the front bars later if needed. This car was professionally built and the people did a fine job. Front clip, tubbed, back halved, extended frame, leaf spring suspension w/ladder bars, 355 cid that makes some serious HP, 350 TH trans w/manual valve body, 9" ford rear end w/ mini spool,Strange axels, Weld wheels, etc. The car had less than 500 miles on the build.

I can't wait to blast down the strip this Spring.

Af2, I have launched the car a few times and nothing has happened YET. The frame and suspension is rigid and that may help

how very true this is a great site and thank you for the warm welcome here. the other site has been very helpful to me also.this site helps me more with performance and chassis while the other helped me alot with building the car with v8 parts without any hacking parts. its kinda hard to build a v8 vega in street trim these days . please dont miss understand me. i love both sites .respectfully yours larry s
