I wanted to live in the Northeast but not too close to Pro 60 or Paul.

Tewksbury, Ma is off of route 93 and about 40 miles away from New England Dragway.

I just checked the weather and Friday night still looks good. I might be able to make it.

See what you can do Smoke.

I hear you Paul. I've got friends that were in for a track rental tomorrow, but my wallet couldn't swing that.

One of these days I'd like to line you up on motor. Should be a pretty good race.

86GN,
Funny you mention track rental day. The day Smoke and I were up the track it was like track rental without the cost. There were 6 people running including the 2 of us. We had it pretty much to ourselves. The track closed at 3:30 that day because of the lack of racers. The other thing that could not have been better was the DA it was -779ft. That was the thing that made 10's possible on the motor great air.

Yes it would! Then we could both try the NOS as well that might be fun too.

Are you taking the Vette up on Friday? I never liked Friday's up there because they don't really prep the track like Saturday's test sesions. The street rubber that is put down is greasy. It is kind of a crap shoot hooking up.

Jeep - Yeah, I'm still alive. Kicking too. Laughing

Yeah, I'm taking the 'vette up Friday night. I hear you on the track being slippery thing. Last time I was up there was a Friday night and I was shocked the car was working as well as it was. It was bad with most of the cars being front wheel drive driving through the water. It was pretty much the same DA condition wise. Maybe not quite as good, but real close. I think I remember high -600's. Key is to get there when the gates open before the conditions get bad.

I usually end up working weekend days so Friday night is what I've got. Just have to deal with the hand dealt. I'm just geeked to get back to the track. The last time I ran the car, the 10.75 pass was in +3000 ft air. That was the second of 3 passes I got in. The 3rd pass I leaned the fuel out and added another degree of timing, and traction was non-existant. Woke her right up. Plus I've got another 10 jet sizes to go up. Twisted Evil
