Looking for big single plane = Eddy Super Vic, World, Dart, Holley: Keith Dorton, and maybe the Brodix HV1000. Must have 4150 carb flange. Not really interested in Professional Products Hurricane.
Thanks

Hey Smokin!
I know its a dual plane, but I used the Dart Kool Kan intake last year and loved it. It replaced the Super Vic that was horrible on the street. I shifted at 7200rpm with both and there really wasnt a any difference between the two in the upper rpms, but down low things were much better with the Dart. It has a "stepped" divider like a Performer rpm but its taller overall. This motor is pretty much a "all upper rpm" deal (big heads, high rpm).
Just another one to consider!

Yeah, the big single planes like the Super Vic are pretty bad at atomization in the low RPM's. Thats why I chose the 1" taller Vic Jr, but hell, now you got me thinking. I have 2 Holley big runner dual plane intakes. I'd really like to do a comparison between the single plane and Holley dual plane. Hmm, it couldn't hurt to try.

Smokin71RSSS,
It might not be in time but I do have a Weiand 7532 with a Brodix turtle insert available. Maybe I should just list it in parts for sale....

If I didn't already have bought a Dart intake I'd be all over that. I'm a big Weiand fan but just that insert alone would have prompted me to buy it. Thanks for the offer. Best of luck to you selling it.
