I'll try to give you a heads up when we stick it on the dyno. |

I haven't been to Chad's new place. I know it's not so new. Last time I was there is when he was at Hanscom. _________________ Stop running from your pain and embrace your pain. Your pain is going to be a part of your prize.

Chad is now in Hudson, NH at 17 Dracut Road. He's been there awhile.
He sells LS engines all over the world. He also sells a lot of inline 6 cylinder Jeep engines. I know the number is over 100, maybe as many as 200 annually. I even saw one Jeep engine that ran a small Turbo.
Your son must be getting big now. Is he old enough to drive the Camaro yet?

He has his permit and will eligible for his license in couple weeks. The Camaro has been out of commission due to the rear end but I finished putting in the one I rebuilt this past weekend. Since he helped me with the swap I told I'd let him drive it. Not sure I'm ready for that though since he inherited the lead foot jean. _________________ Stop running from your pain and embrace your pain. Your pain is going to be a part of your prize.

My oldest boy's first car was a Vega wagon with small V8 out of a Monza. The engine was 262 cubic inches. The bore was so small he had to use 1.75 intake valves. The 1.94's would hit the block. The Vega had a 4 speed Munci with a 4.56 geared narrowed 12 bolt with very short slicks. It ran a best of 13.7 at 97 MPH. He used to shift into 2nd gear before the Christmas Tree and he'd be all done at 1000 feet.
Certainly much slower that your Camaro.
