Think I nailed it down.

Made some external bat cables and moved the battery to the engine compartment to test.

A little better but really Almost the same results but I could tell the starter just couldn't move the motor.

Pulled all plugs and they were all fouled and wet with fuel.

Did a comp test on all cylinders and all were @190-210 psi except #6 and #5 was @245psi.

Pulled the dial indicator out and measure lift on all bank 2 intake valves at retainer to be .525-.560 Confused

Except #6 intake was at .490

All b2 exhaust were .520-.540

Except #6 was at .440

I bet If I measure #5 I will see similar numbers

.520ish seem low for the level of valve train on this motor. It has big dual springs offset intake rockers and full girdle support. I can only guess that the cam is in the process of going flat with #6 and #5 lobes being already hammered.

Mystery motor bullshit

Voltage when cranking after the move? Flat cam with some lift should not make it that difficult to turn.

Voltage was dropping to 9.9-10.3 when cranking and grounded to the block.

This motor just needs to come out. Its only got a recuved stock verter, cam is going flat, won't start, 245psi cranking comp, and a leaky oil pan to boot..

Craig's list is not any place to pick up a motor "cheap"
