Is the TH350 BOP bellhousing stronger that the regular chevy 350? I've got to rebuild a trans and am not sure which case would be the best to go with. I've got one of each. I never thought about it until a friend of mine said that he thought the bop case was stronger.

Regular chevy block. The trans has the multi bolt pattern. I thought they called it the bop. Anyway, it will bolt up to the chevy, pontiac, and olds. I think?

BOP looks a bit stronger at the block end of the case there is more metal there. Ultrabell is overkill unless you can afford it.
