We are in the parts buying stage of this build and I have already sent a build sheet to Jay. but I thought I would let you guys chime in. This going to be mainly a street car dyno queen and is going in a 93 convertible for a customer. He wants 700whp on pump gas and 1000whp on race gas. Any parts you think I missed the boat on let me know.
Bought already
World 8.2 deck 2.75 main
Winberg forged 3.125 2.75 main 2.100 rod crank customer purchased on internet I checked it and it was in never used or balanced condition
Planned parts
4.155 bore custom pistons not sure on comp ht but will have a mirrored chamber dish and be durable enough for the high boost level. suggestions
Carrillo rod or oliver rods still deciding length suggestions welcome.
CI TLSR
Comp or lunati lifter suggestions
TFS high port 225's or 245's any other suggestions
T&D shaft mounts
3/8 to 7/16 pushrods
Super victor and elbow with 90 mm accufab TB 96lb inj
Race MAF and fast system
Turbo will be a twin 62mm intercooled setup from Hellion that is who the customer is talking to.
TKO 600
8.8 3.55
So have at it guys he has said that I can get what ever I need for the engine to meet his goals.

Nothing jumps out as out of place, looks like a good plan so far. I'm envious - let us know how it progresses. Clay

What's the displacement of the engine?
What's the static compression ratio going to be?
What camshaft?
What's the target boost for street and for race fuel?
What turbo's do they use, Garrett?
Heads wise I'd go with the bigger intake port. Since it's boosted the more volume the better. Same with the intake, I'd play with carb spacers to see if increasing the plenum volume adds power.

Displacement is 339cubic inches with a 3.125 stroke and 4.155 bore as stated in the first post.

I think the 62mm turbos may be a bit on the big side for a street car. If he wants a dyno queen those turbos should post some strong numbers.
If spooling the turbos is an issue you might consider running a small shot of nitrous to spool the turbos.

Dropped the car off to the paint shop in Novemeber ( they still haven't painted it). With the Cervini's nose, vfn hood, steeda wing.
Most of the engine parts are bought with some changes. Here is the run down. Bob Kurgan will be doing the tuning and installation on the BS3.
World Block 8.2 deck
Wynneberg crank 3.125 stroke
Clevite 77 triarmor bearings, calico coated mains
Wiseco 4.155 pistons ceramic coated and lateral gas ports
Crower rods I beam rods
Innovative west balancer with the flying magnets installed for the crank trigger
Steff's custom oil pan
Comp custom 55mm cam
Crower hippo lifters
manton 3/8s pushrods
Crower shaft mount rockers
TEA 240cc High ports ceramic coated chambers, valves, exh ports
twin 71mm turbo kit is still a few weeks out
Air to air intercooler
Super victor intake
90mm accufab throttle body 90 elbow
Peterson external oil /vac pump
Glens performance fuel system 3 walbro 255lph pumps, 150lb injectors, sumped tank, billet fuel rails.
CHASSIS
Race craft K member
A arms
2inch lowered sn95 spindles
coil overs
Strange strut
SN95 cobra brakes 5lug conversion front and rear
strange 31 spline axels
Detroit true trac diff
3.27 gears
All these parts are here and paid for we still need to get fuel system stuff the BS3 and a shit load of odds and ends but this build needs to be done by Oct since he leaves for Germany then and wants to take it with him. I sure hope he doesn't kill himself on the autobahn with this thing. Here are some pics of what we have done so far and mock up pics from the turbo company. We upgraded to 71mm turbos at the there request since the 61's wouldn't handle the 8500rpm target of the engine.

Looks nice Bam.
Cool to have a car to mock up the engine plumbing.

BG turbos is making the kit I don't have the skills or the time to do that. We sent them the K member so it will be as accurate as possible when we get it from them.

Wow! Those are some serious parts. If he plans to drag race it, I see those axles not lasting . You're on the road to some serious power. Keep us posted. This is really interesting! Clay
