I still need to remove that bad one. But I am going to replace all of the rockers, retainers, keepers, the little caps, .050 longer intake, .150 longer exhaust push rods, spark plugs, oil, filter. Along with inspect the oil. Also want to port the guides in a little.

I wouldn't just arbitrarily buy .xxx longer pushrods. That whole mess looks to have started because of the wrong length pushrods. If you look at pic #6, the pushrod is seriously inboard, and rubbing the pr guide. It's doing that because in pic #8 (or 7), the rocker has dropped about a quarter of an inch. I think what happened is that the too short pushrods caused the rocker to contact the spring retainer, which upset the clamping force of the keepers on the valvestem (the groove in the valve has absolutely nothing to do with holding the valve in place once it's set), the valve dropped, as did the rocker, which moved the pushrod inboard enough to contact the guide and chew it up. You really need to replace ALL the affected valves, keepers, retainers. Do a VERY thorough inspection of the rockers, install two checking springs and measure for the CORRECT pushrod length. Not just .050 and .100 longer. You can't just pull numbers out of the air like that, or you'll be right back here. And I agree with everyone else......buy a lottery ticket. Good word you're lucky. Or very very attuned to your vehicles. Either way, if not done properly, your luck may not be so great next time.
