Not so fast.............. The Wiring Harness will need to be Changed. It's a Nightmare. The Speedo Doesn't work, the Fuel Gauge doesn't work................... Hell, the only gauges that work are after market SunPros that have been installed with a Bracket and those are just Temp, Oil Pressure and Volts. It doesn't even have a working Horn. It looks like someone rigged up a button, but the button doesn't work. Big Surprise. The Column is Trash for sure. I can prove it. Look at this Video.

Lucky for me, i found a nice one at the local Auto Yard for $50.

dont be afraid of that wobbly column. theres three bolts below the tilt section that need some loctite and a good tightening. of course, if youve never been into a column before, you may want to have someone with some experience do it.

Mufflerbearings, you shouldnt be so sensitive. after all, its just Dave with his "antiquated book knowledge" Laughing Poke

seriously though, we have figured out on the Olds engines that, despite what the math and the "experts" say, they are quite happy with a Victor on the street. all engines are different though. you MUST make everything work TOGETHER.
