Looks like the pics are still there. You can't see them?

The suspension pic is old I will try to put up a newer one with the air bag back in.

My car is not tubbed.

Tire I am running is a Mickey Thompson ET street 3757 28"x13.5"

Rim is a Weld 15x10 with 5 1/2" Back Space

Yep! He must have pissed of Smoke. Laughing Laughing

Jake, What tire are you running that low of pressure in?

They are close to the rim on the launch! Shocked

I never comprehended you have the same car as a friend that runs low 1.5's/ 60. He hasn't ran since the airbag was installed, so I can't say if it will be better. It should though because the rear really lays down the right rear launching without it.

Adam, that run was at 8lbs, and was no better or worse than 12lbs. I like 12lbs on those tires it is easier to keep going straight on the big end. They are ET Drags 28x10.50CL. I am not really sure how old they are, Dwayne would know. I haven't seen any really good vids yet, but if you watch the one on Hot Rod Mags site, it doesn't look like it really dips the right rear. Ill get it under control, it will just take more passes to get it figured out. This is my first transbrake car. I think if I hit the tires from a lower rpm, and then let the converter do the work, it will improve drastically.

Jake, I would start with a fresh set of tires. That eliminates problem #1. If you could run what Paul has the 60's will be way better also.

how old is too old for tires ? does it matter if they are not mounted and still new ? i often hear guys suggest a "fresh" set of tires but wheres the threshold ? if a set of tires is new, never touched pavement, kept in climate controlled storage, but 10 years old, are they still useable ? i have my own opinions on this but i would just like some input from everyone else.

back on topic, i have video of my tires at 10 psi and it really crushes them. im going back up to 12 or so. i dont like the squirrely ride on the big end either.

Um, got the pan off it the other day......I have bigger problems than just a clutch pack. Wife told me it will be the beginning of Aug before I can get a new trans. There were alot of big chunks of aluminum in the pan, along with some steel stuff, and little chunks of seals. Really makes me happy I had the blanket on it.

Even so, I still don't think the trans owed me anything. If anything I am a moron for not freshening it up for over 5 years. Biggest bummer is my brand new MRT Treemaster has to go back and get cleaned out. Other than that here is another vid,

And a couple pics........
