Do you plan on putting a good strengthening cover on that rear end? Is there a Hardened Reinforcement Drum Sleeve on the aluminum input drum to keep it from exploding?

See carnage on this site bottom of page.

I would update the sun shell to avoid problems there too.
If you've got a heavy vehicle or an excess of 450 horsepower, the TCI® 373900 Beast sun shell is a cheap insurance policy against failure.

Trans will go boom with more than 400 foot pounds of torque you are going to have with this setup. See this page for a few reasons why.

TCI has the beast sun shell.

Good Luck with that setup it will make some power that is for sure.....

no lag at all idles great (about 950rpms) give it gas i have full boost at 2800rpms im only running 6+7 psi right now at 4500-5800rpms the truck is all over the road i have never did a out the hole blast im affraid of blowing the trans up, i think going put a th350 in this winter i like 700r4 but they way much build held the horsepower that i think i can make i should be in the 600-700 range at the wheels im not no tech guy im just backyard mechanic with alot knowlegde of old school tech thanks to my dad, i mean the motor is built to handle 15psi,350 4 bolt main, speed pro forged pistons, scat steel crank, mls head gaskets, arp main studs, arp head studs, balanced, sfi harmonic balancer,hv oil pump,114 centerline lobe summit cam 282*intake 292*exhaust lift is 465 intake 488 exhaust thats with 1.5 rocker arm ratio,i have 1.6 so lft will be little more, heads heavenly ported+polished.
this winter im going efi MEGASQUIRT II and a TH350 well keep you guys updated

I have a smaller list of T350 parts to handle what you are doing. Let me know. I'll PM you with the parts.

What 10sec.et said! I like the video and the truck. Really like how much you have done yourself or with friends help - fantastic! Great job. Clay

nice choice on thinking of going with the th350 tranny, itll save you alot of money in the future. Also save the money on the efi and get you a nice demon carb or something of that nature. Just my opinion. Also you could get a killer set of heads and that thing would be nuts. Im curious to see how long that rear end will last once you get that bi*ch to hook!!!!
