holly hana i just wrestled with a problem for the last 3 hours Embarassed

i mentioned in a previous post i had to replace rubber fuel lines

so i did with braided Very Happy all good with the world until.....
i started it up it would not idle
i did realize it was WAY too fat

long story short
i have a powershot 125 plate kit it must be the cheapest colection of parts possible the fuel line t's into the existing fuel line

i found the fuel solenoid (after disconnecting fuel line) was sucking vacuum= adding WAY too much fuel

wtf!!!!!! Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil

oh yeah and again i never even used the no2 system yet and it already has broken parts Rolling Eyes

Check to be sure it isn't installed backwards - if it is it will do exactly what you are describing. Wonder how I know that Rolling Eyes ..... Usually the fuel solenoids cause very little if any trouble, however the nitrous solenoids do need a rebuild kit every once in a while. Clay

but it was working fine beforehand

not to mention the altering of the fuel line may have caused debris to get stuck in the solenoid again i r+r ed the fuel line in between the pump (mechanical) and the carb

moved the filter before the pump

I thought this was a new installation. I was referring to the soleniod ports being marked "IN" and "OUT" not the wiring. If the "IN" port is facing the plate, engine vacuum will pull the pintle off of the seat and pull fuel through it. Clay
