finally gona get a garage

for those of you who wouldnt know
in minnesota housing market sucks for a seller
i currently have a house in st paul
i just signed a lease agreementto rent it out for sept 1
perfect tennents (on paper) not even as much as a speeding ticket
they are squeeky clean

now i have a document to give to my broker now i can buy and get serious

looked at homes last sunday the best home thus far has a two car garage attached and........5car out back.........oh and the house is great too

i look again today

tired of inner city gotta get out .....and have a descent garage
currently i have a 2 car garage no electric ,lights, etc

as i am a master tech all my side jobs go through my shop
no reprocusions as of yet but it will get old soon im sure
