I have a 4L80e for sale that was professionally rebuilt last year.....very low miles on it. It was in a 1991 6.2l diesel powered small school bus.

With the tranny comes a diesel TCM (computer) [Service # 16147609...AWRS], the tranny portion of the harness, torque converter(if needed), dust shield and dipstick (if wanted - it's the long van style).

**Please Note: You will need to have a company like JET burn a chip to run with the rpm's that a gas engine uses.

If you need the yoke for the tailshaft, I can get that for an additional $15.

Tranny is located in Binghamton, NY 13901. Local pickup is preferred, but willing to crate up & ship if necessary. PM or email for phone #'s.

Price $750 or best offer.

Still available. Thought I had it sold, but that fell thru.

Would take a SBC intake as partial payment (RPM or Victor Jr. style).....LT1 stuff, etc.

Technically yes.

I'm waiting to hear back from one of our servicemen over in Afghanistan. I'd like to give him the opportunity to say 'yeah, or nay' before telling you for sure it's still available.

I'll let you know asap.

Thanks for your interest.

Speedo will need to be electronic......or get one of those conversions. If I was going to spend that much, I'd get a cool looking electric speedometer.

The guy that was interested in the tranny said he wouldn't be able to do anything for awhile - his block cracked.

So, it's available again.

Let me know.

Thanks,

Surprisingly, yes.

I also just picked up a 99 4L80e out of a small school bus. I'm told that these newer ones have straight cut gears and will take even more abuse.

Also have a third one from behind a 454" 1 ton van.

Both of the latter two are GM Service Replacement trannies as well.

$600 for the '99 tranny.

$450 for the '97 tranny(behind the 454).

I do still have that 454". It's a 93 Mark V 4 bolt block. I would sell it with or without the TBI/intake, and with or without the front serpentine accessories.

It was out of a running & driving 1 ton van. The previous owner HAD to sell it for some quick cash(or go to jail).

Open for realistic offers on the 454".

Thanks

The 91 is the freshly rebuilt one for $699.

Do you want a price on the complete setup or do you want a price on just the long block? I would prefer to keep the serpentine setup, but I guess everything has a price tag on it. On the induction side of it, are you going with a carb & regular distributor?

I can give you the best package deal on the 97 tranny that came with the 454". Just let me know how to quote it.

Thanks
